Deepesh Garg is a Co-founder and Managing Director of o3 Capital. He has over 14 years of investment banking experience and has been instrumental in the development of o3 Capital's investment banking activities in India and the US.

He has advised on over 30 transactions in the Consumer Markets space during his investment banking career.
He received a BS degree from Rajasthan University and an MBA from KJ Somaiya, Mumbai. Previously, he headed the Consumer Markets Practice at Avendus Capital.

His client list includes - BJN Group, Barbeque Nation, Indian Terrain, Kimaya Fashions, Biba Apparels, Kapsons, Shoppers Stop and Style Spa.

He is a regular speaker at various consumer and retail conferences and is often quoted by the press on matters of PE & cross border M&A in the sector.
